Reaching the Semi-Finals means the song has already stood out from thousands of entries worldwide. It’s a strong validation of the songwriting itself — the melody, lyrics, structure, and emotional connection — which is exactly what the judges focus on at this stage.

From here, the song is now being considered for Category Winner, and potentially even Overall Winner of the Contest, which is an incredible opportunity. Alongside this track, I also have four more songs currently in Session 3 awaiting judging, giving multiple chances to progress further in the competition.

The UK Songwriting Contest has strong links across the music industry, including publishers, record labels, managers, and media, making every stage of advancement extremely valuable for exposure and credibility as a songwriter.

This Semi-Finalist result is already a massive achievement, and whatever happens next, it confirms that the music is connecting at a professional level.

Hello to all those that support my music.

Welcome to my new website, it is very early stages and since there is only myself building this website, writing and producing songs which are demos for performing artists of the world, it may take a little time to show it’s full potential.

My intentions are to get up at least my top 10 songs and a few which I think will become these. You will be able to purchase these songs from my website for very reasonable prices being $2.25 AUD for a single and $10.00 AUD for an Album which will have 5 tracks. This will help me keep working on my music and with over 550,000 listens from totally organic sources and no promotion on my side, tells me there are quite a lot do like what I do.

I want these blogs when I write them to help me inspire the artists I were thinking of when I wrote my songs. Like I wrote “Was it All a Game” with “The Kid Laroi” in mind this song and about 4 more are along the lines of his Smash Hit “Without You”. I noticed he has stepped away from this type of music with his current album. What do you think let me know.
